Booking Drop-In Classes
A step-by-step guide for families on how to find and book drop-in classes through the Family Portal.
Drop-in classes let you attend individual sessions without committing to a full term. Perfect if you're trying something new or just want a flexible schedule!
Here’s how to book one through the Family Portal:
Step 1: Open the Booking Page
Your school or studio will provide a booking link, usually something like:
https://my.classmanager.com/<company-name>
Once the page loads, click Book Classes.
Step 2: Filter for Drop-In Classes
To easily find drop-in options:

Click
Filter -
Under Class Type, select
Drop-In -
You can also filter by:
-
Day of the Week
-
Location
-
Age
-
Season (if applicable)
-
-
Click
Apply
Step 3: Add the Class to Your Basket
When you find the drop-in class you'd like to attend, click Add to Basket.
If you’re not logged in yet, you’ll be prompted to:

Log in if you already have an account, or
-
Register if you’re new (just follow the steps to set up your profile).
Step 4: Add the Student
If you haven’t already added the student who will attend:

Click
Add Student -
Enter:
-
First & Last Name
-
Date of Birth
-
Gender
-
Any medical notes (optional)
-
Photo/video consent preferences
-
-
Click
Create(orCreate and Add Anotherif adding more students)
Your drop-in booking will now appear in your basket.
Step 5: Review Your Basket
Click the Basket icon (top-right).

Review the class you’ve selected

Click the
binicon to remove anything, if needed
When everything looks good, click Checkout.
Any applicable discounts or fees will be shown automatically.
Step 6: Complete the Booking
Choose your payment option (based on what your school allows), then click Continue to Pay.
Enter your card details (or choose a saved card), then click Pay.
🎉 You’re All Set!
Your drop-in class booking is confirmed!
You’ll receive a confirmation email, and you’re ready to enjoy your session.
