Creating Bulk Orders by Class

Bill an entire class at once and choose which students to include

The Bulk Order by Class feature allows you to quickly create charges for an entire class at once.

When selecting a class, you can:

  • View all enrolled students
  • See each student’s enrolment start and end dates
  • Deselect any students you do not want to include in the billing

This is useful for charging costumes, competition fees, event fees, merchandise, and other class-related costs.


Create a Bulk Order by Class

  1. Go to BillingBilling and Payments 
  2. Click CreateBulk Order
  3. In the Select who to bill section, click Add
  4. Select the By class tab
  5. Choose the class from the dropdown list
    1. You’ll then see:
      1. A list of enrolled students
      2. Their enrolment start dates
      3. Their enrolment end dates
  6. Deselect any students you do not want to bill
  7. Click Done

Add Billing Items

  1. Click Add Item
  2. Enter the item details:
    • Description
    • Price
    • Tax rate (if applicable)
  3. Click Create

The item will be added to the bulk order.

You can repeat this process by clicking Add Item again if needed.

Finish the Bulk Order

Once everything is ready, choose one of the following:

  • Create and add another → create another bulk order for a different class or group
  • Create → finish and generate the orders

Bulk orders make it easy to charge multiple students at once while still giving you control over exactly who is included in the billing.
