Creating Drop-in Classes

Create flexible, pay-as-you-go classes for one-off or recurring sessions.

Drop-in classes let customers book single lessons without signing up for a full term or block of classes. They’re perfect for flexible or one-off sessions.

How to create a drop-in class:

  1. Go to Class Planner → Drop-in Classes → Add

  2. Set the Start date

  3. If the class happens regularly (like every week), turn on Class Repeats

  4. You can also set an end date if you want the class to stop on a certain day

    • If Class Repeats is off and no end date is set, it will be treated as a one-off class

    • If Class Repeats is on and no end date is set, the class will repeat indefinitely
  5. Set the time, duration, price per lesson, and class capacity

    • If you set the capacity to 0, there’s no limit to how many students can book

  6. Click Save

Classes on multiple days

If your class takes place on more than one day (for example, Mondays and Wednesdays), you’ll need to create a separate drop-in class for each day. This keeps bookings, payments, and attendance accurate for every session.
