Booking a Trial Class

A simple step-by-step guide for families on how to book a trial class through the Family Portal.

If you’d like to try out a class before enrolling, you can easily book a trial through the family portal.

Step 1: Open the Booking Link

Once you're there, you’ll see options:

  • Book Classes - for enrolling in regular classes (full-term or ongoing).
  • Book a Trial - for trying a class before enrolling.

Step 2: Browse Trial Classes

If the school/studio has multiple locations, you can:

  • Select the location that suits you, or
  • Click I just want to browse to see everything available.

To narrow your search, use Filter, where you can sort trial classes by:

  • Class Type
  • Season
  • Day of the Week
  • Location
  • Age

This helps you quickly find classes that fit your schedule and interests.

Step 3: Choose a Trial Class

Once you find the class you'd like to try, click Book Trial.

Step 4: Log In or Register

If you already have an account, log in using your email and password.

If you’re new, click Register and follow the prompts:

  1. Enter your email and create a password → Register
  2. Add your contact details → Confirm

Step 5: Add the Student

You’ll now be asked to add the student attending the trial:

  • First & Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Medical Notes (if any)
  • Photo/Video Consent

Click Create to save.

If you need to add more students, choose Create and Add Another.

Step 6: Select Your Trial Date

Choose the date you’d like to attend from the dropdown menu.

Then click Continue.

Your trial is now added to your Basket.

You can add more trial sessions or classes if you like.

Step 7: Review Your Basket

Click the Basket icon (top-right) to view your selections.

  • To remove something, click the bin icon.

Then click Checkout.

Step 8: Complete Your Booking

Review your order summary and click Continue to Pay.

Select a saved card or add a new one, then click Pay.

🎉 You’re All Set!

Your trial booking is confirmed!

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details.
