Getting Families to Register for a Class Manager account

Share your booking link and guide families through creating their account

Families need to register for a Class Manager account before they can book classes, make payments, and manage their students.

There are two ways families can register:

  • Directly from your booking page
  • While booking a class

Share Your Booking Link

  1. Go to your Dashboard and find the Links widget:
    1. Booking link - Use this link to let families book classes, trials, or buy products.
    2. Login link - Use this link for staff and members to access the portal.
  2. Click the paperclip icon to copy your booking link
  3. Send this link to your families via email, message, or your website

This link allows families to view your classes and start the registration process.

Option 1: Register from the Booking Page

Families can register without booking a class first:

  1. Open the booking link
  2. Click the avatar icon in the top right corner
  3. Select Register
  4. Complete the registration form

Once registered, they can return to book classes at any time.

Option 2: Register While Booking 

Families can also register as they book a class.

  1. Open the booking link
  2. Click Book a Class
  3. Select a class and add it to the cart
  4. At checkout, families will be asked to log in or register
  5. They can then complete their registration and booking

  • Encourage families to register before enrollment opens to save time
