Managing Automated Emails and Email Templates

View, customise, and manage the automated emails sent by Class Manager

Class Manager includes a range of automated emails sent to families and staff, such as booking confirmations, invitations, payment reminders, and more.

The Automations and Templates page allows you to:

  • View all emails sent by Class Manager
  • See whether emails are:
    • Automated
    • Manual
    • Or both
  • See when each email is sent
  • Turn automated emails on or off
  • Customise parts of supported email templates

Open Email Automations and Templates

  1. Go to EmailAutomations and Templates
  2. You’ll see a list of available email templates

From here, you can:

  • Review how each email works
  • Edit supported templates
  • Manage whether automated emails are enabled

Edit an Email Template

  1. In the list, select the email template you want to edit

You can customise:

  • The email subject
  • The introduction/message at the top of the email
  • The closing message and sign-off at the bottom of the email

Some sections of the email cannot be edited, such as:

  • System-generated booking or order details
  • Class information widgets
  • Payment summaries and automated content blocks

These sections are automatically populated by Class Manager to ensure important information is displayed correctly.


Customising your automated emails helps create a more personalised experience for families and staff while keeping important information clear and consistent.
