Paying for Orders & Checking Balances in the Family Portal
A quick guide for families on how to view account balances and make payments through the Family Portal.
The Family Portal makes it simple to stay on top of payments, check balances, and pay for upcoming installments - all in one place.
Viewing Your Balance
Once you log in to the Family Portal, you’ll immediately land on the Home page.
Here, you’ll see:

Your current balance
-
Your next payment or installment
-
The due date for that upcoming payment
This gives you a quick snapshot of what’s due and when.
Paying Your Orders
If you’d like to make a payment, just follow these steps:
1. Go to the Billing Section
Click the Billing icon (the card icon) in the menu. This will take you to your order list.
2. Select Your Order
You’ll see a list of all your orders. Click the order you wish to pay.
3. Make a Payment
Depending on how the order is set up:
If it’s a single payment order

Click the three-dots next to the order line.

Select
Make Payment.

If the order is paid in installments

Scroll down to the Payment Schedule section.

Click the three-dots next to the installment you want to pay.

Select
Make Payment.

That’s it! You’ll be guided through entering your card details or confirming payment if you’ve already saved one.
All Done!
Your payment will update instantly in the portal, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
