Removing a Student from a Class
How to cancel a student’s enrollment and apply a credit in Class Manager.
If a student can no longer attend a class, you can cancel their enrollment directly from their order. This will remove them from the class and automatically add a credit to their account.
To cancel an enrollment:
You can cancel a student’s enrollment in a few different ways, depending on where you’re working in Class Manager.
Option 1: Cancel from the Order

Open the order in one of these ways:

Go to
Billing→Orders, then select the relevant order, or -
Go to
Members→Families, open the family profile, and select the order from there.

Once the order is open, find the class you want to cancel.

Click the three dots (… ) next to the order item.

Select
Cancel Enrollment. -
A confirmation pop-up will appear - click
Cancel Enrollmentagain to confirm.
Option 2: Cancel from the Class Page

Go to
Class Planner. -
Select the Season/Term, then open the class.

Click
Enrollments. -
Find the student, then click the three dots (… ) next to their name.

Select
Delete, then clickDeleteagain to confirm.
Option 3: Cancel from the Student Page

Go to
Members→Students. -
Select the student.

Open the
Enrollmentssection. -
Click the three dots (… ) next to the class.

Select
Delete, then clickDeleteagain to confirm.
What happens next:
-
The student is automatically removed from the class.
-
A credit is added to the family’s account for the cancelled enrollment.
