Removing a Student from a Class

How to cancel a student’s enrollment and apply a credit in Class Manager.

If a student can no longer attend a class, you can cancel their enrollment directly from their order. This will remove them from the class and automatically add a credit to their account.

To cancel an enrollment:

You can cancel a student’s enrollment in a few different ways, depending on where you’re working in Class Manager.

Option 1: Cancel from the Order

  1. Open the order in one of these ways:

    • Go to BillingOrders, then select the relevant order, or

    • Go to MembersFamilies, open the family profile, and select the order from there.

  2. Once the order is open, find the class you want to cancel.

  3. Click the three dots (… ) next to the order item.

  4. Select Cancel Enrollment.

  5. A confirmation pop-up will appear - click Cancel Enrollment again to confirm.


Option 2: Cancel from the Class Page

  1. Go to Class Planner.

  2. Select the Season/Term, then open the class.

  3. Click Enrollments.

  4. Find the student, then click the three dots (… ) next to their name.

  5. Select Delete, then click Delete again to confirm.


Option 3: Cancel from the Student Page

  1. Go to MembersStudents.

  2. Select the student.

  3. Open the Enrollments section.

  4. Click the three dots (… ) next to the class.

  5. Select Delete, then click Delete again to confirm.



What happens next:

  • The student is automatically removed from the class.

  • A credit is added to the family’s account for the cancelled enrollment.
