Sharing Class Links with Families

Share direct links to your classes so families can quickly view class information and enrol when registration is available.

Each class in Class Manager has a unique, shareable link that you can send to families. Families can use the link to view the class in the Family Portal and enrol when registration is available.

You can share class links through your website, email, social media, or other communication channels.

Copy a Class Link

 There are two ways to copy a class link: 

From the season page

  1. Go to Class Planner from the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the season/term that contains the class.
  3. Find the class you want to share.
  4. Click the three-dot menu on the class.
  5. Select Copy link.

From the class page

  1. Go to Class Planner from the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the season/term that contains the class.
  3. Click the class you want to share.
  4. On the class page, click the link icon next to the class name in the upper-left corner.
 The class link will be copied so you can paste it wherever you'd like to share it with families. 

What Families See

Class links are always available in the Family Portal, allowing families to view the class information.

If enrolment is enabled for the class, families can use the link to view the class and enrol.

If enrolment is disabled, families can still view the class, but they'll see a message letting them know that enrolment is currently unavailable.

Class links can be useful when promoting specific classes on your website, social media, or in emails. You can send families directly to the class instead of asking them to search for it in the Family Portal.
