Understanding Email Statuses
Learn what each email and recipient status means and how to track delivery progress.
When you send an email through Class Manager, you can track both the overall email status and the status of individual recipients.

Sent - The email has been successfully sent.
Draft - The email has been saved and can be edited before sending.
Scheduled - The email is scheduled to be sent at a future date and time.
Understanding Recipient Statuses
Recipient statuses show the delivery progress of an email for each recipient.

Recommended action: Contact the recipient and ask them to remove the spam complaint if appropriate.
