Understanding Revenue Breakdown

See how your revenue compares with invoiced amounts across classes, drop-ins, and shop sales

The Revenue Breakdown report gives you an overview of your revenue and invoiced amounts across different areas of your business.

📝 Reports are available to Owners only.

What Revenue and Invoiced Mean

In this report:

  • Revenue is the money that has actually been received from customers.
  • Invoiced is the total value of orders created in the selected period, regardless of whether payment has been made.

A few important things to note:

  • If a payment has failed or is overdue, the order will appear in the invoiced figure but not in revenue.
  • Fully canceled orders are excluded from both figures.
  • Any credited amounts have been deducted from revenue.
