Viewing Custom Field Responses

View the answers submitted by families and students through your custom fields.

Custom field responses let you see the answers families and students have provided to the custom questions you've added to your forms.

If you haven't created your custom fields yet, see Setting Up the Registration Forms

View Custom Field Responses

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under Forms and custom fields, select Custom fields.
  3. Select the custom field you want to view.
  4. You'll see the responses submitted for that field.

The responses are displayed in a table, making it easy to review the answers provided by families and students.

Copy Responses to a Spreadsheet

Custom field responses cannot currently be exported as a report. However, you can copy the responses from the table and paste them into Excel or Google Sheets if you need to work with the data elsewhere.

📝 The available responses depend on whether families or students have provided an answer to the custom field.
