Viewing Student Attendance Report

Monitor attendance across your classes and identify students who may need attention

The Attendance Tracking report helps you understand attendance across your school. You can view overall attendance and drill down into attendance by class or individual student.

📝 Reports are available to Owners only.

View Attendance Data

  1. Go to Reports from the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Attendance.

The report shows:

  • Total number of students
  • Overall attendance percentage
  • Attendance by class
  • Attendance by student

Use the report to monitor attendance trends and identify students with lower attendance who may be at risk of dropping out.

Download the Report

You can download the Attendance Tracking report by clicking Export CSV.

This allows you to analyse attendance data further or share it with your team.
