Viewing Student Overview

Get an overview of your students, enrolments, and outstanding payments

The Student Overview report gives you a snapshot of your student data and enrolments. You can use it to understand your current student numbers, see which classes students are enrolled in, and identify students with outstanding payments.

📝 Reports are available to Owners only.

View Your Student Overview

  1. Go to Reports from the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Student Overview.

The report includes information such as:

  • Enrolled students
  • Non-enrolled students
  • New students
  • Classes each student is enrolled in

You can also drill down into the report to view further information about individual students, including which students have outstanding payments.

Download the Report

You can download the Student Overview report by clicking Export CSV .

This allows you to analyse your student data further or share it with your team.
