Enrolling in Classes Through the Family Portal

A step-by-step guide for families on how to find, select, and enroll in regular classes using the Family Portal.

Whether you’re joining a class for the first time or enrolling again for a new season, booking is quick and simple!

Step 1: Go to the Booking Page

Your school or studio will share a booking link - it usually looks like:

https://my.classmanager.com/<company-name>

Once you're there, you’ll see options:

  • Book Classes - for enrolling in regular classes (full-term or ongoing).

  • Book a Trial - for trying a class before enrolling.

This article focuses on enrolling in classes, click Book Classes.

Step 2: Browse Classes

When you select Book Classes, you can:

  • Choose a location (if the studio has more than one), or

  • Click I just want to browse to see everything available.

To help narrow things down, click Filter.

You can filter by:

  • Class Type
  • Season
  • Day of the Week
  • Location
  • Age

Then click Apply.

You can also use the search bar to quickly find a specific class.

Step 3: Add a Class to Your Basket

Once you’ve found the class you want, click Add to Basket icon.

If you’re not logged in yet, you’ll be asked to:

  • Already have an account? Log in with your email and password.

  • New here? Click Register and create an account by entering:

    • Email & Password → Click Register

    • First Name, Last Name & Phone Number → Click Confirm

Step 4: Add Your Student(s)

You’ll now be asked to add the student who’ll be taking the class.

Click Add Student and fill in:

  • First & Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Medical notes (if needed)
  • Photo/Video Consent

Click Create to save.

If you need to add more students, click Create and Add Another.

Your class will now appear in your basket!

Step 5: Review Your Basket

If you’d like to add more classes, just repeat the steps above.

When you’re ready:

  1. Click the Basket icon (top-right).
  2. Review your selected classes.
  3. To remove a class, click the bin (trash) icon.

Once everything looks good, click Checkout.

Any discounts, family pricing, or fees will automatically apply here.

Step 6: Choose Your Payment Option

Depending on what your studio supports, you may be able to pay:

  • Upfront
  • Monthly
  • Weekly
  • Bi-Weekly

Review the fee breakdown - then click Continue to Pay.

Enter your card details and click Pay.

🎉 And you’re all set!

Your class booking is complete - welcome aboard!
You’ll receive confirmation by email, and your studio may also send additional details before your first class.
