Setting Up Tuition Fees Paid at Enrollment

Class Manager allows you to decide what families must pay upfront when enrolling in a class.

You can choose whether families pay:

• The first installment

• Multiple installments

• Or nothing upfront, with payments taken on the scheduled installment dates

These settings only affect what must be paid at enrollment.

They do not change the original installment dates set for the season or term.

Step 1: Navigate to Tuition Fee Settings

1. Go to Settings → Registration and tuition fees.

2. If this is your first time accessing this page, click Continue to move past the registration fee setup.

Step 2: Configure Tuition Fees

On the next page, find the Tuition Fees section.

Here you can choose which tuition installments must be paid at enrollment.

You will see four options:

  1. First Installment Upfront (Default)

The student pays the first installment when enrolling.

If the student enrolls late, they must pay any installments already due.

  2. First and Second Installments Upfront

The student pays the first two installments at enrollment.

If enrolling late, they must pay:

• • Any installments already due

  • Plus the next installment

  3. First and Last Installments Upfront

The student pays the first and last installments when enrolling.

If enrolling late, they must pay:

• • Any installments already due

  • Plus the final installment

  4. Nothing Upfront

No tuition is paid at enrollment.

Payments follow the normal installment schedule for the season or term.

If the student enrolls late, they must still pay any installments already due.

Step 3: Save Your Settings

Once you have selected your preferred option, click Save.

Your tuition payment rules will now apply to new enrollments.

Example: How Upfront Tuition Payments Work

Season/Term: January – April
Installments: Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1, Apr 1
Student enrolls: December 15 (before the season starts)
